A prestigious law firm based in the heart of Cheltenham, renowned for its stunning offices and strong local presence, are seeking a skilled and motivated private client Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience in court of protection matters, providing a fantastic opportunity to further develop their expertise in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
Advising and representing clients on court of protection matters, including deputyship applications and the management of vulnerable client affairs.
Offering clear and empathetic advice to clients on complex private client issues, ensuring a tailored and supportive approach.
Working closely with other members of the team, contributing to the firm’s high standards of service and excellence.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
The Ideal Candidate:
Between 1-5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor in private client law.
Court of Protection experience is strongly desirable.
A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge, with attention to detail and the ability to handle complex and sensitive matters with care.
Able to manage a diverse caseload independently, whilst also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
