About the Role In this role, you will provide specialist advice in inheritance tax, succession planning, and estate administration. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, trustees, landowners, and farmers, offering commercial, sensitive, and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex issues such as tax liabilities, asset protection, and wealth preservation.
Key Responsibilities Drafting and executing wills, guiding clients through the probate process. Providing advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and succession planning. Establishing and managing trusts, ensuring clients' assets are protected for future generations. Assisting clients with lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications. Advising on estate planning in relation to lump sum pension death benefits and life policies. Managing contentious trusts and probate matters to achieve fair resolutions. About You You will have experience in Trusts and Estates, ideally with a focus on inheritance tax, succession planning, and estate administration. You will have a client-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions. A strong understanding of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and probate is essential. Experience in managing contentious trust and probate matters would be advantageous.
