Manage a complex and varied caseload of high-value private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and succession planning. Advise clients on complex tax planning, wealth management, and inheritance matters, providing tailored solutions. Draft intricate legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring compliance with the latest legal developments. Work closely with senior colleagues and other experts to navigate complex estates and large family portfolios. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering proactive and strategic advice. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and experience. Requirements:
6+ years PQE in private client law, with significant experience in complex and high-value matters. Expertise in areas such as trusts, tax planning, estate administration, and succession planning for high-net-worth clients. Strong technical ability with excellent drafting skills. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding caseload and handle complex matters with confidence.
