This is a broad private client role to include: Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs Probate & estate administration Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy Often advise multiple generations of families Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice, Wills, LPAs, shareholder’s agreements and probate What will you need? At least 1.5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive Broad private client experience Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients What will you get?
