Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (Court of Protection)

The Client: Our client is a well-established law firm, delivering legal services to both private clients and business communities.
The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle all aspects of Court of Protection work, utilising a progressive case management system.
Duties:
Run files and collaborate with the Deputy on Court of Protection matters Establish long-term relationships with individuals and families, gathering views for "best interest" decisions Provide advice on the Mental Capacity Act and guide on family disputes Prepare general Court Applications and Statutory Will Applications Represent the Deputy at Court of Protection Hearings and liaise with Counsel when necessary Investigate suspicions of Financial Abuse Requirements:
Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
