Service Care Solutions are supporting a leading law firm in the South of Scotland. Operates from thirteen dynamic offices, with great progression and career routes. They are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to support with Private client matters. Role Overview : We are seeking a Solicitor to join a busy Private Client team based at the Galashiels office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied caseload, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters. Key Responsibilities : Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and handling estate planning, trusts, and executries. Managing a diverse private client caseload with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Providing clear, professional advice to clients on all private client matters. Ideal Candidate : At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in private client law. Proven experience in managing your own caseload, with a strong track record of success in this area. A personable approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a supportive member of the team.
