Full-time Location: Galashiels Salary Range: £35k-£45k per annum PQE: 2+ years Cullen Kilshaw is a law firm based in the South of Scotland with thirteen enterprising and dynamic offices across the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway using modern digital technology to deliver a high quality legal service to our ever expanding client base. We have an immediate opportunity for a solicitor to take on a role within our private client team. The job is based in our Galashiels office. The private client team works with a varied client base and advises on all private client matters. Your private client caseload will involve the drafting of wills and powers of attorney, estate planning, trusts, and executries. The private client team is incredibly busy and as such they are looking for a steady pair of hands who has a proven track record of successfully managing their own caseload of private client matters. Cullen Kilshaw offers a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment and may be able to offer some working from home.
