Private Client Solicitor (Head of Department)

You will be tasked with continuing to drive the private client department forward and will be targeted with growing the department across the region. The appointed Private Client Solicitor will have a minimum of 8 years PQE and will be dealing with all types of private client matters: You will be expected to help the more senior members of the team drive the practice and wider business forward and provide supervision and support to the more junior members. This established Lichfield-based practice has a well-established client base covering the broad remit of Private Client law including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters. You will be ambitious and hard-working and be looking for somewhere where you can play an integral role in further developing the private client offerings within the Lichfield area. The firm is considering candidates at Senior Associate and Partner Level. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
