A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in Henley on Thames. Our client is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor who has recently qualified, or is about to qualify, to join its established and growing Private Client team.
The firm takes a commercial approach and provides practical, solutions-orientated and creative advice. It acts for a broad range of clients, including an array of nationwide estates work.
You will have the opportunity to increase your legal knowledge in the following areas:
Wills and Probate
Estate Administration
Trusts
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection
Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning
Elderly Client Advice
You will have the opportunity to become an expert within a noted private client practice, and become adept at providing high quality legal support to your clients.
You will possess excellent legal analysis, drafting, inter-personal and communication skills (verbal and written), be commercially aware and able to interact effectively with clients to prioritise their work in order to fulfil their objectives.
Salary is negotiable and largely dependent on PQE and experience: £40,000 - £60,000 + exceptional benefits package.
