Job Description
A well-established and award-winning Yorkshire law firm is looking for an ambitious and driven Private Client solicitor at NQ + level to join their Ilkley office. With accolades across multiple divisions, they have continued to excel and are rapidly becoming a major force within the Yorkshire market allowing the practice to grow and reach new heights each year. They are open-minded about the level at which they recruit; it could be that you are NQ in which case they have sufficient resources to provide support for you. Alternatively, they can happily consider more senior people who want more independence. The workload will be appropriate for your experience but broadly will involve dealing with matters at all stages including taking the client's initial instructions, will drafting, and dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney. Additionally, you will be dealing with new client enquiries and providing support to other fee earners in the probate department.
