On behalf of our client, a long-established law firm with offices across Devon, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive.
We are looking for candidates with a genuine specialist background across the normal range of Estate Planning and wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation and the use of trusts), Estate Administration, advising on trusts, “Elderly Client Services”, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and basic Court of Protection work.
Our client is looking for someone with 3 Years + PQE with a true opportunity to progress your career.
We are looking for candidates with a forward-looking and positive approach who wish to be part of a dynamic team of committed lawyers and to help develop our client's Private Client services.
Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
