Our Private Client team, based in Lewes, advises UK and international private individuals including multi-generational families, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs and business professionals. We offer a full range of services including wills, inheritance, powers of attorney, trusts and probate, estate planning and tax. The Role We are looking for a proficient fee earner to join this team to carry out: Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving Advice on the creation, administration and termination of trusts Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney Skills needed The successful candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor with around 5 years’ PQE Experience/knowledge of taxation of trusts would be an advantage Be organised, adaptable and accurate Have excellent attention to detail Be professional with a client focused approach Have good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Have excellent communication skills and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ Enjoy working as part of a team, but be self-motivated and able to work independently too Be flexible, resilient and able to handle change Experience of managing or supervising junior members of the team would be an advantage.
