Private Client Solicitor – Locum

Private Client Solicitor - Locum 3+ PQE, Devon, £40 - £50 per hour, 3+ months. A well-established Devon-based law firm is looking for an experienced locum solicitor to support a busy private client team. OVERVIEW: The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in the private client area of law. You will manage your own caseload of private client matters of varied complexity including probate, estate accounts, and wills. The appointed candidate is required to have the ability to hit the ground running, support the busy team with the existing caseload, and progress the current files. This role will be accompanied by admin/secretarial support. The role can be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, but hybrid attendance to the office will be required. The assignment is anticipated to last 3 months, but may be extended further on an ongoing basis. The suitable candidate will have the availability to start immediately or at short notice.
