PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR LOCUM , 3 + PQE, ESSEX/ HYBRID, £40 -£50 PER HOUR. Due to a period of growth, a reputable law firm is seeking the addition of an experienced private client solicitor to support their team for around 6 months. JOB REF: 7997
Responsibilities: Support the firm’s private client team for circa 6 months. Work across all areas of private client law, including Will drafting, LPAs, Estate planning, Court of Protection matters, and administration of estates. Manage cases at various stages of the process, ensuring good progress and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications: At least three years’ PQE. Experience dealing with complex private client matters. STEP qualification is ideal.
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements and secretarial support to help with your workload.
