The appointed Private Client Solicitor will have a minimum of 4 years PQE and will be dealing with all types of private client matters: You will be expected to help the more senior members of the team drive this practice area forward and provide supervision and support to the more junior members. This established Devon-based practice has a well-established client base which covers the broad remit of Private Client law including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters. You will be ambitious and hard-working and looking for somewhere where you can play an integral role in further developing the private client offerings within the Lichfield area. The firm is considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate, and Senior Associate levels. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
