Job Description
I have been instructed on an exciting opportunity by my client, a small and boutique law firm who are part of a Financial Planning company, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join the team.
This opportunity will sit within the firm's Loughborough office and you will be working on a variety of high net worth Private Client matters; this is a great time to be joining the firm as they continue to build on their expertise with lots of work to get stuck in on. The successful candidate will ideally be looking to join a close-knit team and in return they can offer good flexibility surrounding home working and genuine support for those looking to go forward with the STEP accreditations.
Responsibilities
Handing a caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts and Probate and responsible for the drafting Creating and distributing relevant correspondence and legal documentation Liaising regularly with clients and other third parties such as organisations and dealing with basic enquiries, using your initiative to pass on to relevant members of your team Utilising excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to provide top-quality assistance to your team Providing structured and accessible advice to all clients
The ideal candidate: Ideally 2+ years PQE in Private client You will be organised and an excellent communicator The ability to demonstrate initiative with a solid attention to detail is essential You must be IT confident with competencies in the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel, however, the firm have excellent IT support and full assistance will be provided In return the firm can offer support, hybrid working and a competitive salary
