What You'll Do:
Handle a broad caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning matters
Draft Wills, administer estates and provide clients with advice on inheritance tax and planning
Create and administer trusts, ensuring clients receive the best possible service
Work alongside regionally and nationally recognised practitioners, benefiting from strong central support
Continue to develop your technical skills within a growing specialist team
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a Practising Certificate
3-5+ years PQE with strong drafting and advisory skills
Competence with IT and case management systems
A positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems and a good appreciation of risk management
The ability to work flexibly across a multi-skilled team and manage your own caseload
Experience in Estate and Tax Planning advice is desirable
Membership of STEP and SFE is beneficial, but not essential
