Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, and probate.
Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
Draft and review legal documents related to private client work.
Handle the administration of estates and trusts.
Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
Potentially handle Court of Protection matters if experienced.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client care.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with around 3 years of PQE in private client law.
Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, and probate processes.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Experience with Court of Protection matters is desirable.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
