Our client, a regional law firm earmarked as one of the 20 fastest growing law firms in the UK, is looking to bolster this growth with the hire of an experienced private client solicitor to join their Nottingham office.

The Role:
Undertake all Private Client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Intestacy, and Court of Protection. Handle clients' instructions from inception to finish, maintaining relationships throughout. Work closely alongside the wider Private Client team, such as the Head of Department, and delegate work to more junior members of the team.
The Person:
Ideally a qualified Solicitor or CILEX, although candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Private Client will be considered. Prior experience in managing a caseload and working towards KPIs is desirable. Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial.
