Private Client Solicitor , you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on matters such as wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning with the support and guidance of leading Partners and Legal 500-recognised Lawyers. You’ll work with a diverse client base, offering clear and empathetic guidance tailored to their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a growing department with a clear focus on career progression and personal development. The role offers exposure to multiple office locations, enhancing your client base and professional experience and providing the ultimate in flexible working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning. Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning. Building and nurturing strong client relationships across the South Essex region. Supporting the development of the Private Client department through networking and marketing initiatives. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards. Requirements: NQ-4 years PQE in private client law. Experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and organised approach to managing your caseload. Keen to contribute to business development and the department’s growth.
