We are representing a well-established law firm seeking an additional Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their expanding team, based in either Harrogate or Leeds.
What They Offer: Salary – Negotiable based on experience (£35k-£50k) Full-time / Hybrid 23 days holidays plus bank holidays, increasing with service, company pension, DIS (after 6 months) Flexible working arrangements including hybrid working Opportunities for professional development A supportive and friendly working environment As a Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of private client matters, including: Wills, trusts and probate Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection work Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality legal advice to clients Managing a varied caseload efficiently of wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and court of protection matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships Essential Skills and Experience: Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling own caseload of Private Client matters. More experienced candidates would also be considered - whether you have 2 years or 10 years PQE.
