BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a well-known, top-tier ranked firm in Hertfordshire, recognised in the Legal 500 for its exceptional service and expertise. This practice is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join their highly regarded Private Client team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management. Draft legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds. Handle the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor. Exposure to HNW clients, taxable estates and trusts. Attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload. Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
