My client, a reputable and well-established law firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their probate department as a Private Client Fee Earner. The firm has been experiencing a high demand for its services in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and probate work, and is looking to expand its team.
My client is hiring for the role of Private Client Fee Earner to undertake the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and probate work. This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or an experienced professional with a background in will & LPA drafting and probate work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a full-time or part-time basis, providing flexibility to accommodate various work arrangements.
Drafting wills and powers of attorney in accordance with client instructions and legal requirements. Handling probate matters and providing support throughout the entire process. Liaising with clients to understand their individual needs and providing expert advice. Managing a caseload efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met. Keeping up-to-date with relevant legal developments and attending training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced will & LPA drafting/probate fee earner. Demonstrable experience in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and handling probate matters. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
