Ensuring departmental targets are met while maintaining excellence in service delivery. Preferred Requirements:

Possess 2+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor. Demonstrable experience with Asset Protection Trusts and Lifetime Discretionary Trusts. Qualification with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable, although not essential. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships. A proactive approach to managing a busy workload and meeting demanding deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:

A qualified legal executive or solicitor with specialised focus on trust matters. Experience in supervising junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team ethos. A proactive approach to business development, keen to expand your professional reputation within the marketplace.
