Our client is seeking an experienced private client solicitor to lead their private client team from the Warminster office. This private client solicitor will be overseeing a small team.
This private client solicitor will be responsible for managing a broad private client caseload to include wills, LPA's, POA's, trusts, estate administration, probate and Court of Protection. You will be expected to take proactive business development as well as managing solicitors and support staff in your team.
You will be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with atleast 5 years' PQE. You will be technically sound and be able to show that you have got experience with business development. You must be able to show supervision of junior members of the team. If you are looking for a step up to leadership, this could be the role for you!
