About the Role: The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on: Estate planning and administration Wills, trusts, and probate Tax planning and mitigation Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters This role requires working closely with clients to deliver practical, effective, and empathetic advice, ensuring their assets are protected and future plans are secure.
