Senior Private Client Solicitors (Contentious & Non-Contentious) Location:
City of London Salary:
£90,000 - £120,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus scheme PQE:

two Senior Private Client Solicitors
– one specialising in
Contentious
and the other in
Non-Contentious
matters. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the City of London, working on high-profile cases involving high-net-worth clients.
The Roles:
Contentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:
Handle complex disputes in wills, trusts, and estates, including contested probate matters.
Lead litigation and negotiation processes for high-net-worth clients.
Provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and court proceedings.
Non-Contentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:
Advise clients on complex wills, trusts, and estate planning, including succession planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Provide expert guidance on international estate planning and tax-related matters.
Manage the preparation and administration of high-value trusts and estates.
For Both Roles:
Lead and mentor junior solicitors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Play an active role in business development, with the firm offering full support and a bonus scheme for over-target billable hours.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law, with expertise in either contentious or non-contentious matters.
Strong experience managing high-value cases for high-net-worth clients.
Leadership and team management skills, with a client-focused, proactive approach.
International experience in private client law would be an advantage.
