Private Client Solicitor
A law firm in Yeovil, Somerset requires an experienced private client solicitor to work in a private client team providing a comprehensive private client service to individual clients.
The Firm A forward-thinking private practice law firm, privately owned. The firm has a long history and provides a wide range of legal services to individuals and commercial businesses, organizations, and charities. They work on behalf of many high-net-worth clients with large assets, land, agricultural land, farms, associated businesses, and trusts. The team is Partner-led and employs over 15 private client specialists advising on all aspects of private client law.
The Role The role will be working as part of a team that is Partner-led, managing a full and varied caseload involving advising, drafting, and amending simple and complex wills, advising on estate planning such as inheritance tax and trusts, undertaking estate administration, and dealing with probate and court of protection.
The Candidate The successful private client solicitor will possess at least 2 years PQE dealing with a private client caseload and have an empathetic nature, strong client management skills combined with a commercial approach. Excellent communication skills are required. Salary dependent upon experience.
