Our client, a reputable and expanding law firm in Lewes, is seeking two experienced Private Client Solicitors to join their expanding, busy team.
They are seeking:
One Private Client Solicitor with 5 years PQE+ to join their team managing and setting up high net worth trusts alongside all other areas of private client work.
One Private Client Solicitor with 8 years + PQE to provide advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection Work. This role also involves supervising and assisting more junior team members.
Duties will include:
Independently managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly or incapacitated clients.
Attending clients in their own environment as required.
Maintaining good billing records and meeting targets within the team.
Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with the above required PQE.
Proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
Salary depending on experience £45K - £70K.
