This opportunity will primarily be focused on advisory services. Our client is a highly reputable and well-known firm of chartered accountants based in Canterbury, Kent, with offices across the UK and a national and international reach. They have a fantastic reputation, excellent culture, and have seen significant growth over the last 5 years. They are now looking for a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join their team in a highly rewarding position, offering some of the best private client work available in the Kent region. Joining the firm as a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager, you will provide tailored tax advice to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and family trusts. Key responsibilities include managing complex tax planning projects, advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax matters, and building strong client relationships. You will also lead a team, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. Requirements

ATT/CTA qualified or qualified by experience. Previous experience operating at a Senior / Assistant Manager level within Private Client Tax. Proven experience in client management - ability to provide a high level of client relationship that is vital to this role. Proven tax experience in producing high-quality work on complex UK private client matters, within budget. Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage, preferably within a top 100 or large independent firm. Benefits
