Job Description Provide expert tax advice to a portfolio of private clients (HNWI/high profile clients) Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service are maintained Stay updated with changes in tax legislation, communicating these to clients where necessary Collaborate with other members of the tax team on complex tax matters Prepare tax returns and other necessary documentation Assist in the development of junior team members Contribute to the growth of the tax department through business development activities Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and professional standards A split of 50% compliance & 50% advisory The Successful Applicant A successful Private Client Tax Assistant Manager should have: A professional tax or accounting qualification (CTA or ACA) Proven experience in a tax-focused role within professional services A comprehensive understanding of UK tax legislation Excellent communication and client management skills A commitment to continuing professional development The ability to work effectively in a team and independently What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £48,000 to £57,500 per annum The opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients A supportive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment The chance to develop your career within a leading professional services firm The opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Guildford Hybrid working (2 days per week from home)
