This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Tax Senior ready to advance into their first assistant manager role, or for an experienced Assistant Manager seeking a fresh challenge and a new environment. Our client is a large, independent organization with an impressive growth plan to expand their business further, making this an exciting time to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. Handle client queries and provide expert advice on personal tax matters. Tax Compliance:

Oversee the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines. Advisory Services:

Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and advising on the implications of tax legislation. Team Supervision:

Support the Tax Manager in supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Review work completed by junior team members, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high standards of work. Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and developments. Share knowledge with the team and clients, ensuring they are informed of any changes that may impact their tax position. Workflow Management:

Assist in managing the workflow within the team, ensuring that all deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently and accurately. Business Development:

Support the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in business development activities. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
