An established tax advisory firm seeks a Director to join its growing Private Client team as part of a succession plan where this individual will be able to progress to Partner. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates, providing UK tax compliance and planning services, and contributing to the team's technical development.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee tax reporting, planning, and compliance for clients. Support team members with technical queries, mentoring, and training. Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities. Build and maintain professional networks to grow the client base.

Candidates must be CTA-qualified, experienced in advising HNW and UHNW individuals, and adept at mentoring others. This is a progression-focused role with clear opportunities to advance to Partner
