Location Tunbridge Wells Type Permanent Personal Tax Manager Tunbridge Wells I am seeking a talented and experienced Personal Tax Manager to join a reputable firm based in Tunbridge Wells. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and managing complex tax affairs. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong client relationships. Manage a portfolio of personal clients focusing on HNWIs, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts. Ensure timely compliance with client and regulatory deadlines, monitoring time limits and elections. Proactively engage with clients on advisory matters and assist with tax planning projects including succession planning, capital gains, and inheritance tax issues. Handle HMRC enquiries, disclosures, and correspondence. Oversee billing and budget monitoring for assigned projects. Review compliance and basic advisory work prepared by junior team members. Mentor and support junior staff members in technical and personal development. Deliver technical training sessions. Engage in personal and team business development activities. Stay updated on technical knowledge and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
