Our client, an established legal practice with an excellent reputation in the Scottish legal market, is looking to recruit a newly qualifying solicitor to join their team in Inverness. As part of the team, working closely with the Partner and fellow solicitors the role will involve a mix of private client and property work. The successful applicant will deal with a range of private client work, including wills, trusts, executries, POAs and asset protection, as well as handling residential conveyancing matters.
There may also be an element of commercial real estate work from time to time depending on client needs. Ideally applicants will have had some exposure to both of these areas during their traineeship, however applications are welcomed from those with experience of either/or and full training will be provided. Applicants must be interested in dealing directly with clients, handling their own files and becoming part of the local legal community whilst enjoying a larger firm framework and support.
