Are you qualifying as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2024 and ideally looking for a PQ role that will allow for a mix of residential conveyancing and private client work? Our client is looking to recruit a newly qualifying solicitor to join their established & highly regarded office. As part of this team you can expect to be involved in the full range of private client work, including:
Wills
Trust & executries
Asset protection
Inheritance tax planning
as well as dealing with residential conveyancing transactions. You must have gained private client & residential property experience during your traineeship, be comfortable dealing with clients directly and be keen to further your career and run your own files.
