Part-time/Full Time PRIVATE Dentist required for 2-5 days in a, PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Maryport, Cumbria.
Small UDA Kids contract £13 per UDA
Monthly plan that covers examinations and routine scaling, treatment on fee per item basis
You will be encouraged and supported to pursue any areas of interest with funding, equipment & training available
Working hours are flexible
Existing patient list plus new patients
50% Private & Labs
3 fully computerised surgeries, R4 software
Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo
Minimum 1 year's experience required
Full support team including a Dental Hygienist & Therapist
On-site parking available
Available Now, start date negotiable

Full NHS Performer Number
Local Area Team confirmation
GDC certificate
UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
Indemnity certificate
Passport
Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
Degree certificate
CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
