Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience (c£35k to £40k as a guideline)
Our partner law firm is going through a period of substantial growth, having recently gone through a merger, taking them from one office to three offices in 2024, with another new office opening planned for 2025. This is a very exciting time to join the business and play a pivotal role in their continued success.
We are seeking an experienced, qualified Private Family Lawyer, with 3 years'+ PQE to join the business. The firm offers fabulous opportunities for career progression as well as a very flexible approach to working, with work/life balance a high priority.
If candidates have additional experience in conveyancing and/or immigration, this can also be incorporated into the role for a more wide-ranging caseload if desired.
The role will involve:
Taking instructions from clients Managing a caseload of privately funded family law matters including: divorce and separation child arrangements domestic abuse financial settlements Advising clients in relation to all aspects of family law and keeping them fully updated
Suitable candidates will have: Fully qualified status (solicitor or chartered legal executive) Around 3 years'+ PQE Experience of running a privately-funded family law caseload from start to finish
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexible hours will also be considered. Home working is available 2 days per week. Free parking is available at all three offices.
