Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jet charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.
Job Description The purpose of this placement position is to assist the brokers in our Private Jets division during their busiest period of the year, the summer!
You will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off without a hitch. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clients
Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
Making outbound calls to clients
Assisting charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
Qualifications
Interest in sales and/or aviation - highly desired
Previous experience working in a customer-facing role – desired
Hardworking and flexible
Exceptional communication skills; fluency in a second language is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
MUST live within 45 minutes commute of our Surbiton HQ
Additional Information
Programme starts in June until September
Working hours are varied and include weekends; shifts will be allocated on a rota basis.
The shift patterns are: 7:30 – 15:00, 9:00 – 17:30, 12:00 – 20:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Paying £25,000pa on a pro-rata basis
