required for 2 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Whitehaven, Cumbria. £500 PER DAY - FULLY PRIVATE GENERAL DENTISTRY PATIENT LIST Existing & established patient base to inherit from retiring dentist 50% split on private and practice plan 50/50 labs 2 surgery practice 2 Associates on-site Software: SFD Digital x-rays Rotary Endo Parking nearby Practice manager on site full time Longstanding support team Available immediately, start date negotiable Compliance requirements: Full NHS Performer Number Local Area Team confirmation GDC certificate UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years Indemnity certificate Passport Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months) Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees) Degree certificate CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months IRMER PIN number Please contact Sam Graham at Green Apple Dental to discuss on 020 8300 7971 or email
