An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptionally organised Private PA to support a high-profile individual within a private family office in Central London. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong administrative and diary management experience, ideally from a corporate Executive Assistant (EA) background, looking to transition into a private setting. This is an exceptional role for a highly organised and efficient professional to work in a dynamic, high-profile private office environment. Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide dedicated support to the principal, ensuring seamless diary management, including complex scheduling and last-minute changes. • Manage the principal’s household schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Support with healthcare administration and appointment management. • Handle high-volume administrative tasks with precision, including data entry and document management. • Assist with meeting coordination and preparation, including liaising with external stakeholders. • Work collaboratively within the private office team, reporting to the senior EA. • Adopt a “no task too small” attitude, assisting with general office support where required. Requirements: • Proven experience in a corporate EA role, with excellent administrative and organisational skills. • Exceptional diary and schedule management abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent changes with a proactive approach. • A collaborative and adaptable mindset – no ego, ready to pitch in and support the wider team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet approach. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools. Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary circa £70k gpa • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. • Lunch provided daily. • Office-based role with standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
