We are looking for a dynamic experienced administrator to join our team. Applicants are requested to demonstrate their administration and customer service skills. The post holder will be communicating and interacting with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external. We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual who has excellent customer service skills, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate clear and precise verbal and written communication. Qualifications, knowledge and experience

Finance, IT or business administration qualification to level 4 (AAT Technician) or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge skills and experience. Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience including using pivot tables and MS access databases. Experience of producing performance management information or financial reports. Experience in data manipulation, statistical, interpretive and analytical skills with complex datasets. Experience of working in a finance environment. Experience in raising invoices using finance systems. Working to tight deadlines. Experience of working in the NHS. Advanced Excel skills. Use of clinical patient systems. Knowledge of medical insurance. Knowledge of private patient and overseas processes at UHS. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
