This role will manage the Private Sector Leasing Scheme which entails relationship management with Landlords, surveying properties for onboarding, day-to-day property and tenancy management of the HMO stock which is occupied by vulnerable single adults.

Knowledge of current legislation in relation to HMOs and property management, including identifying hazards and repairs is essential.
