I am looking to recruit a Wills and Probate Solicitor for my client, a Top 200 UK Law Firm as recognised by The Lawyer. The team is ranked ‘Top Tier’ by The Legal 500 and is one of the largest private client teams by volume within Manchester.
The Department primarily represents high net worth individuals and business owners and provides advice on a broad range of private client matters.
A caseload would include work such as Preparation of tax efficient wills, Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice, Use of lifetime trusts, Administration of estates, Administration of trusts, Preparing and Registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Applications to the Court of Protection.
