The Wills, Trusts & Probate Team is highly regarded for its expertise, acting for high-net-worth individuals and business owners on a wide spectrum of private client matters. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Partner or Senior Associate to lead the team, advise on complex client matters and contribute to the growth of the department Key Responsibilities will Include: Advising on tax-efficient wills, inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection Administration of complex estates, including taxable estates or those with complicating factors Establishing and managing lifetime trusts and Family Investment Companies Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications Mentoring and supervising junior team members to ensure high standards of service Developing the department’s profile by promoting services to new and existing clients, building market connections and generating referrals What We’re Looking For?
