Location: Horsforth Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Potential of hybrid working after 12 weeks probation)

CRA Consulting are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national firm and deal with a broad range of Wills, Trusts and General Probate Matters.
The role will see you:
Handle a wide range of matters such as Preparation of Wills, IHT/CGT Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts Work with directors to develop new business Consistently meet both individual and team targets and objectives Keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice of your area Financial control in regard to cash flow, account and billing

About you:
Min. 3 years' PQE in Wills, Trusts and Probate Experience in all mainstream private client matters Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules Experienced with case management tools and MS Office programmes Good communicator and ability to create strong relationships with clients
