CRA Consulting are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national firm and deal with a broad range of Wills, Trusts and General Probate Matters.
The Role
The role will see you:
Handle a wide range of matters such as Preparation of Wills, IHT/CGT Planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts Work with directors to develop new business Consistently meet both individual and team targets and objectives Keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice of your area Financial control in regard to cash flow, account and billing Benefits
Potential for hybrid work after 12 weeks probation is passed Industry leading training and opportunities to progress Competitive salary DOE Pension scheme Free Costco card Award events and parties About You
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
Min. 3 years' PQE in Wills, Trusts and Probate Experience in all mainstream private client matters Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules Experience with case management tools and MS Office programmes Good communicator and ability to create strong relationships with clients About CRA Consulting
