Since the department is so busy, the successful Fee Earner can hit the ground running with a full caseload of Probate matters, including drafting wills, trusts, lasting power of attorney, and dealing with trust and estate administration and high complex cases for high-net-worth business and agricultural clients. To be the successful Probate Solicitor for this role, you will ideally be 4+ years PQE and will have confidence and great communication skills that will help you whether working with clients or when networking and marketing the firm. You will need to have the STEP Qualification or be working towards it or demonstrate a willingness to undertake the qualification.
