Key duties and responsibilities
Responsible for interest and complex Private Client work Managing Probate applications Lasting Powers of Attorney Enduring Powers of Attorney Court of Application applications Managing a standard High Street caseload Partake in Business Development and networking opportunities to help grow an already strong client base Give advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning Confidently support other members of the team Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the legal practice as a whole Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulation Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients Knowledge of GDPR Responsible and Trustworthy Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Committed to provide efficient and accurate work Cultural awareness and a professional approach to work generally Job Type: Full-time Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
