The TSB Problem Management team is pivotal in the identification and mitigation of risks in the delivery of critical IT services. With a key focus in ensuring that the causes of all major incidents are identified and remediated, you will be exposed to all areas of the bank working in collaboration with colleagues and important third-party partners. The team is based in Edinburgh; however, there is flexibility around working from home and our office. What you’ll bring Experience of working as a Problem Manager with an understanding of methodologies used is preferred. Experience of chairing root cause analysis meetings and writing detailed reports. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Ability to succinctly disseminate important messages to an executive audience. Excellent influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues. Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation and a pragmatic approach. Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and collaborate constructively within project and discipline teams.
